Jefferson TWP Board of Zoning Appeals has received an applications requesting a conditional use to the current zoning resolution. The applicant is requesting that parcel 060-009-0-03-227-00 thru 060-009-0-03-221-00 at 13099 Vine Street and be considered for conditional use not outlined in the current zoning resolution. There has also been a request for a change to wording in the zoning code concerning zoning changes and requirements to JEDD membership.
